THE PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING OF EVERY PERSON IS PART OF THE RIGHT TO HEALTH HELP US SPREAD IT

Alexithymia and affective regulation

MagritteThe difficulty in verbally expressing emotions, the lack of imagination and the colorless communicative style that Sifneos and Nemiah indicated with the term "alexithymia" in 1970, has led in the last 40 years to different lines of research. The seminar intends to deal with the alexithymic construct in the light of new research which underlines that it no longer refers exclusively to the psychosomatic patient; alexithymic areas or moments can in fact be found in different personality organizations, in relation to different contexts and moments of life.

CHORAL SONG

CHORAL SINGING COURSE
curated by Stefano Campetta - March / May 2015

When it comes to music, and especially singing, we often hear statements such as "I'm out of tune" or "I don't have rhythm", etc.
For Stefano Campetta there are no people who are "out of tune" a priori or who do not go to time because they are not capable of it. What we produce with our voice is the reaction to a listening and presence process. So, to learn to sing, you need to learn to listen.
During the "Cori" course we will try to refine the awareness of ourselves towards the community, respect for group dynamics, critical listening to oneself and others.

Outdoor education: a response to the educational crisis

"When the sky is the roof and the teaching tools are the fields and nature ..."

Modern society has imposed a series of socio-cultural changes that have led to a progressive removal of man from his environment and made the necessary contact with nature more difficult.

EMOTIONAL PAINTING WORKSHOP

EMOTIONAL PAINTING WORKSHOP
curated by Chiara Pasqualotto - (March / May 2015)

The workshop was born from the idea of living painting as an expressive means to connect to our emotions. The important thing is the process through which this happens: we do not know where we are going but we learn to listen to our perceptions as we proceed and painting becomes a moment of experimentation in which we discover parts of us that come out.
